Brent, a farmer who can't seem to stop his seed from impregnating women visits Dr. Lance to get a vasectomy, but he doesn't want to spend too much money. We totally understand, he's got 15 kids to feed! And he has come to the right man. Dr. Lance offers him a couple of interesting options: smashing his nuts with a hammer, chopping them off with a blunt machete, slicing them with a sword, or throwing a dagger at his testicles ("Blindfolded", he adds).
Before Dr. Lance can decide which tool to use, he has to feel the densitiy of the farmer's nuts with his feet, of course, so he starts kicking, kneeing, squeezing and twisting his balls. He stomps and grinds his sock-clad foot into the poor peasant's spuds, going for testicle reinsertion ("If I can successfully get them to go in there and stay, you'll have a week-long reprieve of sterility..."). After having climbed onto the couch and kicked the farmer's nuts hard with his instep, they agree on meeting the next week to have the procedure.
One week later, the farmer has to endure some more testicle abuse (stomps, grabs, squeezes, knees, kicks, twists and pulls) and Dr. Lance gets him to grade the pain on a scale from 1 to 10, making him strip to his boxer briefs before taking off his own shirt as well. Finally, the doctor has come to a conclusion: Let's try the balls scoop. That, of course, is a traditional Philippine method that Dr. Lance has mastered. (He got his degree in the Phillipines, and judging from his perfect tan he probably spent more time lying in the sun than attending classes...) Having tenderized the testicles for a bit, Dr. Lance moves on to more traditional nut bashing: slaps, knees, stomps, and barefoot kicks that connect perfectly Brent's nuts. In the end, Dr. Lance doesn't perform the promised vasectomy - but we are pretty sure that he just wants the poor farmer to come back again and again for more...
Acting:
Lance is obviously having a great time, delivering some great impromptu puns and coming up with a whole bunch of crazy ideas how to seperate the farmer from those silly danglers... Brent's performance as the farmer is equally good, complete with a nice accent and a "I want to get rid of the balls" attitude that's strangely convincing...
Best moment:
After a series of hard kicks, Lance turns away a bit, and says "It almost breaks my heart to see you in that much pain." The smile on his face is a sight to behold... (starts at 14:45)
Things to watch out for:
1.) The sound. Lance sure knows how to make those kicks resonate. The slapping sound of his foot slapping into the farmer's balls again and again is music to our ears!
2.) Talking bollocks. It's amazing to see Brent come up with so many different ways to tell the doctor he wants to get rid of his balls.
Bottom line:
A great mix of role play and ballbusting!
